Wow. The last few days have been busy and the following few days will prove to be the same. On Friday, the movers are coming to transfer our belongings to the house, although we can't officially live there yet until everything passes inspection and we get the Certificate of Occupancy on our house. I finally got my second handrail that I was whining about last post, got the plumbers to do their job, and now I'll be getting the driveway. Can't move in until the driveway is finished and passed inspection, but we'll store our stuff and work on making the house into a home while we wait for all of this to get done.

Saturday night, Martin's uncle and his girlfriend came for a visit from Germany. They were here until this morning. They rented a camper and are driving all over Florida and hung out with us for a while. They were a riot. We had a lot of fun with them and I will certainly look forward to seeing them again the next time we're in Germany. We watched the Superbowl together, which was fun, one, because the Bucs won and two, since this sport is not exactly played in Europe and so it was interesting for them as well. They did a very American thing- watch football, eat pizza, drink beer. We had fun.

Okay, I'm going to continue packing, although really, I feel like I need to catch up on sleep as I've not had much of that lately.
